A large barn fire in Rocky View County, Alta. on Tuesday, March 26, is currently being investigated.
According to reports from Rocky View County’s Fire Services, firefighters responded to the fully-involved barn fire in the area of Range Road 32 just off Grandview Way at around 3:20 p.m.
Firefighters remained at the scene into Tuesday night with crews monitoring hot spots.
Despite firefighters pouring a lot of water on the fire, the two-storey barn burned to the ground and could not be saved.
Trucks and farm machinery inside the barn were burned.
No injuries were reported and the fire is still under investigation.
