COCHRANE— The RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who has allegedly been dropping bent roofing nails outside of multiple victims rear driveways in the River Heights area of Cochrane between June and August.
Video surveillance captured images of the individual walking or cycling past the victim's rear alley driveway dropping the nails, where they could presumably cause a flat tire.
The suspect is described as a middle-aged, Caucasian male, with short-cropped hair on the sides, who rides a distinct black bicycle with a rear splash guard.
Cochrane RCMP is asking for anyone who has information about the individual's identity to please call the Cochrane RCMP at 403-851-8000.
