Matt Minglewood Band, led by none other than Matt Minglewood himself, will be playing at the Venue on Oct. 10. The four-member band is a musical hybrid of blues, country and rock. Minglewood grew up in North Sydney, NS, in a large family of 12.

The Cochrane Chaos started their preseason campaign on a high note with a pair of wins over the Calgary Titans and the Lethbridge Eagles on Sept. 16 and 17. The Chaos defeated the Titans 6-3, while shutting out Lethbridge the following day 5-0.
