The Cochrane Movie House is looking to lend a helping hand in order to supply food to the Cochrane Activettes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Saturday, March 28, the Movie House will be doing free 'drive-thru popcorn' with a twist.

"We will be giving away popcorn (drive-thru style) in support of the Cochrane Activettes Food Bank," the Movie House said in a statement over Facebook.

"Bring a non-perishable food item to donate and in exchange we will provide the popcorn for you and your family to enjoy a movie night at home. Upon arrival, have your food donation ready. Please do not leave your car, we will serve your popcorn directly to you with our curb-side delivery."

The event is scheduled to take place from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Cochrane Movie House.
