Direct Trade Coffee
Phil's restaurants has chosen to purchase the coffee we serve in a method know as Direct Trade. This process involved us going to the source, selecting only the most delicious and unique coffee and paying a price to the farmers that is much higher than the market price for coffee. This allowed us to make a real impact socially and economically.
