Bragg Creek is rocking out this weekend in support of its area’s rocks, trees, pathways and more.
Tunes for Trails, an annual charity music event, will take over the Bragg Creek Community Centre on Saturday with a fun AC/DC-inspired theme. The evening raises money for the Greater Bragg Creek Trails Association, which works to keep the region’s 141 kilometres of award-winning trails in tip-top shape for visitors and residents.
Skuzzy and the Woodticks will take the stage, and a gaggle of silent auction prizes are up for grabs, including a four-night stay in a Canmore condo, a half-day raft trip for six people and a small group mountainbike training.
Tickets are $30 each or $225 for a table of eight people. Limited edition Tunes for Trails 2017 T-shirts, with an AC/DC style design, will also be available for pre-order for $25 each.
