Dear editor:
Thank you Spray Lake Sawmills and All Span for working with residents of the East End community to improve the noise quality of our neighborhood. The new low decibel backup beepers allow us to once again leave our windows open and enjoy our backyards.
Thank you Kevin Shier and Bryan Skrypnek for taking charge and leading the way by researching, ordering the prototypes and taking the time to meet and work with Spray Lake Sawmills and All Span. When all else failed you found a way to vastly improve this long-standing issue.
This is a royal flush example of how citizens can lead the way in conflict resolution.
