I take exception to Jennifer Isaac's Op Ed wherein she claims the death of Colten Boushie was racially motivated. She, along with Justin Trudeau and other like-minded sob sisters are stirring the racial pot and demeaning our justice system.
Gerald Stanley was defending his family against a crew of criminals who were committing illegal acts while illegally on his property. Stanley did not seek out Boushie, he was the victim of an attack. He legitimately feared for his family's life. It is unfortunate someone died, but Boushie was the architect of his own fate.
Yes, there is racism in Canada. No it's not acceptable. But please, don't blur the lines between racism and defending against a criminal of any colour or background.
