I think the vast majority of Cochrane pet owners do not care if Cochrane has an off-leash area for their pet. Our home backs onto the Bow River in West Terrace.
I see dozens of pet owners every day walking their dogs unleashed along the Bow River pathway. So what’s the big deal about needing a dog park when so many are already letting their dogs run free?
