Don't ignore God's law

I went to school many, many years ago and we had our share of students who were different. Some boys acted feminine and some girls were leaning in their behaviour and dress towards the opposite sex.

I went to school many, many years ago and we had our share of students who were different. Some boys acted feminine and some girls were leaning in their behaviour and dress towards the opposite sex. Schools were segregated then and everyone knew what he or she was according to birth certificate.

Things are different now. Ever since the Canadian Bill of Rights and Privileges everyone claims to have special rights. There seems to be a need to tell the world about one’s problems, a kind of public confession, called “coming out.”

Christian values are scoffed at.

All those who do not approve of these new values are accused of having a phobia a term that is highly inaccurate as a phobia is an “unreasonable fear” of something that does not apply here but is an indication of the general confusion that exists.

Christians in general are tolerant towards those brothers and sisters who have a gender problem. Jesus asks us to imitate him and to carry our cross without too much complaining. Ignoring God’s law and advice is risky business and not recommended.
