Cochrane residents used to be able to ride our bikes or walk along the river to the campground and Spray Lake Sawmills Sports Centre without the danger of being knocked off our bikes or knocked down by dogs that are not under control, running loose or fighting, putting us in danger but not anymore. Children and adults alike use this pathway not to mention the hundreds of guests to our town who use our campground. The town has provided alternate off-leash areas for dog owners who want to let their dogs run at large. We would suggest people use them instead of endangering our guests, our children and adults who try to use our beautiful river pathway. Don't let dog owners and dogs ruin or town.
