Re “Coun. needs to build bridges” by Gerry Neustaedter Aug. 25.
We can only be grateful that Neustaedter no longer occupies a council seat in Rocky View County (RVC). The indecision and nonsensical blather in his letter to editor confirms this. i.e. he doesn’t know if a motion for a voters’ list is a “good one, an inappropriate one or an appropriate one;” “perhaps it was a bad motion … or perhaps it was a good motion.”
“By building a relationship with the other councillors” as stated by Neustaedter is another way of saying “if you can’t beat them, join them,” which contributed to the majority gang mentality as it now stands, in my opinion.
Coun. Jerry Arshinoff’s stance for the citizens of RVC is inspiring and it is very clear his motives are for the welfare of Rocky View County.
Mr. Neustaedter: let us know when you have made up your mind whether a voters’ list is a good thing or not.
