Your recent editorial was an excellent description of this blundering UCP party run by former Liberal, turned Reformer Jason Kenney. Every time you turn around he is shooting himself in the foot. Another one of their recent major blunders was having all of their MLAs , along with Kenney, vote against the NDP bill to increase funding for rural Albertans to fight the increasing crime in their areas. In other words, they have no intention of supporting rural Albertans. Kenney has also made it clear that he has no intention of supporting the gay community, then wonders why they won't let him ride in their gay pride parade, , nor will legislate on abortion, despite what his party members want. I wonder why their MLAs Rick Fraser, Brian Jean, Wayne Drysdale, David Schneider, Pat Stier, and Scott Cyr are all leaving the party, after being so certain that they will win the next election? I'm betting they know the writing is on the wall? Albertans have seen enough of their stupidity and have no intention of supporting them in the next election. They learned nothing from the Jim Prentice and Danielle Smith disaster when all nine of them that crossed the floor were defeated in the last election. These guys aren't willing to face that embarrassment, and I don't blame them. I can't find any true conservatives who intend to support them. The NDP are doing just fine trying to clean up the mess they put us in, and are showing they do care about our well-being, and not just their rich friends, unlike Kenney. Allan Spiller
