Dear editor:
It is difficult to understand why anyone would feel they have the right to trespass on my property on Ross Avenue to put their dog feces in my garbage bin.
The important words, which the person in question doesn’t care about, are ‘my’ property and ‘my’ garbage.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of having a woman dressed in dark blue pants and a jacket, walking an unleashed collie, depositing her dog’s feces in my garbage. Despite confronting her about this she had no remorse or concern. She walked away leaving un-bagged feces in my garbage.
I can only assume she feels she has rights to do anything on another’s property. This is not only inconsiderate, inappropriate and disrespectful, but also illegal.
I am at a loss of how we educate people like this. I am writing this letter in the hope many will read it and if they identify this woman, they will shame her.
Perhaps that might educate her.
