People who know me would agree that I am not particularly politically savvy. However, they would agree that when it comes to leadership, first-hand experience, accomplishment, honesty, competency, and a genuine heart for people are attributes of the utmost importance to me. As a wife, mother, and a friend to many, I know that politics as it relates to education, healthcare, and taxation are issues that we can all relate to in Cochrane. Knowing Laura Talsma for the past three years through both a professional and a personal capacity, I know that she would be the best choice to represent our riding on the UCP ballot this weekend. Laura will have my vote, and I would urge the citizens of Cochrane to join me as we move forward with the best candidate to represent the Airdrie-Cochrane riding. Rachel Braun
