Being in a long-term care facility is undoubtedly a traumatic experience for anyone and it is easy to understand how a resident can become unhappy and discontent. Our family has, sadly, firsthand experience with five long-term care facilities in the Calgary area including having three family members in Bethany Cochrane. The caregivers in these facilities face challenges most of us could not begin to deal with. They are special people committed to helping others. We just want to go on record as saying the staff at Bethany Cochrane is among the finest caregivers anywhere. We applaud their efforts and support them wholeheartedly. Gary and Peggy Krol
