Why didn't you vote?

When did 38 per cent voter turnout become acceptable? I simply don't understand not voting and I can't think of reason why you wouldn't. We were given many dates to choose from so that wasn't it.

I simply don't understand not voting and I can't think of reason why you wouldn't.

We were given many dates to choose from so that wasn't it. Is it that you don't care?

Can someone that didn't vote please explain it to me.
