Cochrane recognized the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Sept. 30 with a Truth and Reconciliation Walk, a resource booth at the Social Spot and an orange light display at the Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge.

Participants walked through Cochrane's Historic Downtown in recognition of Truth and Reconciliation and to reflect on the impacts of residential schools.

The Jack Tennant Bridge was to be lit up with an orange display Thursday evening.

Attendees were encouraged to wear orange to each event.

Earlier this week, there was also an Every Child Matters flag raising at the RancheHouse.
