The All Saints Anglican Church will be hosting a Benefit Concert this Friday.
Asking a $10 minimum donation at the door, proceeds will go to support refugees and displaced persons living in the refugee camps set up in the northern Kurdistan area of Iraq, in Baghdad and in Jordan.
Country singer Sykamore will be performing at the event.
Sykamore is the 2014 ATB Financial Alberta songwriting award winner.
Advanced $10 tickets can be purchased through Kathleen Farmer or from Delynne during regular church office hours.
The church is also accepting additional donations to support the work of the Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East (FRRME).
The Concert will be held on Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. at the All Saints Anglican Church in Cochrane.
