Following the death of Rocky View County (RVC) Coun. Al Sacuta earlier this year, RVC announced the open position for a Division 8 (Bearspaw) councillor.
With three candidates running, county residents will be able to vote on Monday, Nov. 16, at the RockPointe Church.
The official candidates are Eric Lowther, Valerie Murdoff and Samanntha Wright.

Outreach voting for the mobility-impaired on Nov. 6 is available by appointment.
There will also be advanced voting on Nov. 6 from noon-8 p.m. at the Rocky View County Municipal Building and on Nov. 14 from noon-8 p.m. at the RockPointe Church.
