The Cochrane Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) is hosting a virtual training session for its Community Helpers program from on March 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Attendees will learn helping skills, self-care skills and mental health and suicide awareness skills. Upon completion they will receive a certificate from Alberta Health Services.
