The Bow Valley Midget AA Timberwolves continued their rocky season losing their remaining two games of the calendar year. T-wolves fell 5-2 on Dec. 18 to Okotoks Oilers Black.

Dawson Javorsky and Christian Dees were on the scoreboard for the Cochrane side.

On Dec. 19, West Central Tigers defeated T-wolves by another 5-2 score. Dees and Javorsky again scored the only goals for their team.

The two losses now mean that T-wolves have lost three of their five games and go into the holiday break ranked seventh in the SCAHL’s North Division with a record of 4-15-4.

When asked what he wanted for Christmas, head coach Erik Krigel said,

“I told the players to ask Santa Claus for a sixty minute game.”
