The Cochrane Soccer Club is growing – and it is looking for more players to kick the ball around with.
The CSC was formed in 2015 and currently has one women’s over 40 team and two men’s teams: 35-plus, and an open team in which any age can play. Organizer Dom Hickey said he’s hoping to add a 45-plus men’s team this year.
“We find, no matter what the age of the adults, there is still an opportunity to learn,” he said.
The CSC teams will begin their season in May, and games take place both in Cochrane and in Calgary. Registration for the 2017 outdoor season is open now at www.cochranesoccerclub.com/registration.
