In Loving Memory
(1964–2025)
With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Paul Dorotich on June 4, 2025, at age 60. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Paul will be remembered for his kindness, resilience, and adventurous spirit.
Born in Vancouver to Betty and Dan Dorotich, Paul’s lifelong love of learning and exploration led to a career in sport science. He made his home in Cochrane, AB, in 1994.
Paul shared 41 years of love and travel with his wife, Céline Orieux, and was a devoted father to Danielle and Stéphane. He faced multiple health challenges with strength and grace, passing peacefully in Caen, France, while traveling with Céline. He is deeply missed by his children, his siblings Michael and Andrea, and his extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on September 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Beaupre Hall near Cochrane, AB. Guests are kindly asked to wear vibrant colours.
