For the past 50 years I have dealt with the large major banks of which I have had positive and also a few highly negative experiences.
One of the big major banks stole the interest money of one of my funds. I went through their ombudsman complaints department and nothing was done to settle my dispute. The bank profited by stealing my interest money.
Most major banks make it very difficult to get through on a phone call (and) often one ends up dealing with a service call centre.
This is not the case with BVCU. I discovered Bow Valley Credit Union and it is the finest financial institution I have ever dealt with.
For a number of financial issues they have been wonderfully supportive and helpful with my retirement, and finances overall.
What CEO can you contact with a major bank? Brett Oland, C.E.O. supported Tucker Carlson coming to Calgary to chat with our premier Daniel Smith. Good on him for it! Brett and the Bow Valley Credit Union care about our freedoms and not going to digital currency which we most certainly don't want. Why. Our freedoms would end there!
I fully support BVCU as being the very best I have been with in over 50 years. Every single staff member I have met has been highly professional, friendly with outstanding service.
"Evil occurs when good men and good women do nothing." This is a financial institution working for freedom on behalf or their clients, and I wholeheartedly applaud them for it!
