It all takes place on August 2-4 at Centennial Park on 5th Ave.

The lineup showcases 50 Canadian artists with rural Alberta’s own Corb Lund as one of the headliners. With three gold albums and a slew of awards from Canada, America, Australia, and France, this local favourite's relatable songs always strike a chord.

Also headlining is Aysanabee, the first Indigenous artist to win a JUNO for Alternative Album of the Year. This Oji-Cree artist is making his headline debut at the Festival. What makes Aysanabee stand out is the storytelling deeply rooted in his culture with songs like “We Were Here” and “Nomads.”

Were you a fan of the album Drag Queens in Limousines? If so, you’ll be thrilled to know that Mary Gauthier is on the lineup. Her musical career has not skipped a beat since she released Drag Queens 25 years ago. This chef-turned-recording artist is here to inspire with her affirming soul-searching songs that resonate with so many people.

“This year’s lineup truly represents the best of what Canada has to offer,” says Jenna

Klein-Waller, Executive & Artistic Director of the Canmore Folk Festival. “We are committed to fostering Canadian artists and creating an event that brings together music lovers from all walks of life to experience the magic of live music in the Rockies.”
