The Bow Valley High School Christmas Concert will be happening Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. in the school gym.
The evening will feature performances from the school’s Jr. Band, Sr. Band, Sr. Jazz Band, and Choir.
There is no admission for the event although the school will gladly accept donations for the Cochrane Food Bank.
The event will also have a bake sale, which the families of the performers have contributed to. Lastly there will be a raffle for a beautifully decorated gingerbread house filled with goodies, courtesy of the Andrews family.
Tickets, which sell 1 ticket for $2, 3 tickets for $5, and 10 tickets for $10, can be purchased from any BVHS music student in advance or at the event.
Proceeds from the concert will be split between Bow Valley High’s music bursary fund and general music fund.
