From noon-4 p.m. the business corridor will be hosting old-fashioned Christmas activities such as; visiting with Santa Claus, face-painting, story time, horse drawn wagon rides, fire pit and concession stand.

There will also be special guests attending. Reports indicate an Ice Queen who likes to “Let it Go” or her red-headed sister and their silly snowman friend will be on hand.

Different businesses will be hosting a variety of activities.

The post office and community centre will be the pickup and dropoff location for wagon rides.

Spirits West will have hot mulled wine.

Creekside Home and Garden Essentials will have hot chocolate and hot cider available.

Creekers Bistro will be hosting cookie decorating.

The Bragg Creek Community Centre will have a concession, fire pit and washrooms available.

The Sugar Shack Baker will be hosting a movie with popcorn.

Lucid Koffee invites people to decorate miniature gingerbread houses.

Bragg Creek Oil & Vinegar is inviting people to make pipe cleaner candy canes.

Suncatcher’s Design Studio will be making Christmas crafts.

The Seniors Chalet will be hosting face painting, story telling, hot cocoa, and cookies (with the exception of Dec. 5).

AdMaki Brainbar will have button making available.

Crabapple Cottage Clothing will have peppermint bark.

On Dec. 6 the community centre will host a Banded Peak Concert Band performance from 2-3 p.m. and a Miss Mozart’s Glee Club performance from 3-3:30 p.m.

The festival is sponsored by Bragg Creek and Area Chamber of Commerce, Powderhorn Saloon, Azuridge, Bragg Creek Trading Post/Shell, AdMaki Creative, Bragg Creek’s Seniors Chalet, Bragg Creek Community Association and participating businesses.
