The rush to reserve outdoor therapy should be a little less stressful this year.
As of Jan. 11, booking a reservation to stay at a provincial campground can be done year-round instead of limiting hundreds of hopeful campers to a previously held launch day.
Where campers had to scramble to beat others in order to grab a site in time last year, they can now take a more relaxed approach with Alberta Parks allowing bookings up to 90 days in advance for individual sites and 180 days for group and comfort camping sites.
Booking for individual sites opened Tuesday and group sites went live Wednesday morning.
