Gas prices in Cochrane are holding at 109.9 cents per litre. While most city prices are still in the 106.9-cents-per-litre range, according to GasBuddy.com, Costsco lowered its prices to 99.9 cents per litre, which could be a prelude to other stations in the city lowering their price at the pumps.
