Cochrane active COVID-19 cases drop below 50

On Tuesday (Dec. 29) there were a reported 46 active cases of the virus in Cochrane. To date there have been 237 COVID-19 cases reported, including 190 people who have recovered from the virus and one person who has died.

COCHRANE— The number of active COVID-19 cases in Cochrane has dropped below 50.

On Tuesday (Dec. 29) there were a reported 46 active cases of the virus in Cochrane. To date there have been 237 COVID-19 cases reported, including 190 people who have recovered from the virus and one person who has died.

The province reported 872 new cases of COVID-19.

Currently, there are 890 people hospitalized due to COVID-19, including 153 in intensive care.

An additional 26 COVID-related deaths were also reported— To date, 1,028 Albertans have died.

There are currently 14,785 active cases of COVID-19 in Alberta.
