Despite all odds, Cochrane RCMP lays charges on an unsolved homicide case that took place 46 years ago.
The RCMP Historical Homicide Unit and CPS Cold Case Homicide unit will provide statements and a presentation in regards to the investigation at the new Cochrane RCMP Detachment at 1:30 p.m. later today.
