A fire broke out at Bow Valley High in Cochrane on March 19.
According to a post on the Cochrane and Area road conditions reported that a fire broke out in the area around 10:30 a.m. It was later confirmed the fire had occurred at Bow Valley High School.
A press release sent out by the Town of Cochrane explained that emergency crews responded to a fire which occurred during roof work on the new expansion for Bow Valley High School. The fire was eventually contained by Cochrane Fire Services, and students returned to their classes later in the day.
The Town thanked residents for their cooperation and emergency crews for their swift response.
