The Town of Cochrane announced on Facebook Jan. 5 that some pathways adjacent to the Bow River will be closing due to unsafe ice buildup.
The path west of Highway 22 and north of the Bow River, the lower level of the multi-use pathway through the Jim Uffelman Off-Leash Park near the lagoon site and the parking lot area under the Highway 22 bridge are closed until further notice.
The town asks that trail users obey barricades and keep clear of areas that appear unsafe.
