COCHRANE— Alberta RCMP Major Crimes are investigating a suspicious death in Cochrane.
On Sunday (Oct. 18) at approximately 4:20 a.m. Cochrane RCMP responded to an alleged stabbing in the Sunset Common area of Cochrane.
RCMP located an injured man who was pronounced deceased a short time later. A second man was also found injured and was transported to the hospital by EMS.
The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation and will remain on scene with the assistance of RCMP Forensic Identification Services.
