Cochrane RCMP was busy over the weekend with heavy traffic volumes handing out more than 250 tickets in three days.
From Friday to Monday both RCMP and Alberta Sheriffs had extra enforcement out on roads. There were no fatalities or serious injuries to report in the Cochrane jurisdiction.
A total of three impaired driving-related charges were laid and 267 Provincial Traffic charges were issued.
