Nominate a standout community member for the Cochrane Community Awards 2020.
The awards are an annual program that recognize and celebrate outstanding local citizens, community leaders, schools, businesses and organizations that help make Cochrane a great place to live. Nominations will fit into one of 13 categories including the prestigious Order of Cochrane, presented by Cochrane’s mayor and council.
All nominees will be recognized at the awards ceremony to take place on May 24 at the Cochrane Ranchehouse. The deadline to submit online nominations is April 10. Paper applications are also available
The Cochrane Community Awards program is overseen by a committee of local representatives including: educators, seniors, businesses, sustainability champions, as well as the Cochrane and District Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Cochrane.
The awards are funded through sponsorship from local groups and businesses who recognize the value in activities that encourage community building and making Cochrane a vibrant place to live.
