People looking for a dog day afternoon were barking up the right tree at Cochrane Furry Fun Fest on Saturday.
Four-legged friends could bring their owners to the Cochrane Lion's Centre on July 19 in support of the Cochrane and Area Humane Society.
The Cochrane Humane Society provides shelter, rehabilitation, training, and support for animals across the Cochrane area.
Face painting for kids, splash pools, contests, live demos, vendors, a silent auction, and food trucks were all part of the fundraiser that saw sunny weather following a rainy week that left the grounds wet but manageable.
