On Saturday (Nov. 23) shortly after 8 p.m., two 12-year-old male pedestrians were approached by a man driving a van. The man, described as non-causion and in his mid-50s, offered the youths candy. He spoke with a Jamaican accent. The incident took place on Range Road 33 in Springbank, south of Cochrane.
Cochrane RCMP commend the youths for doing the right thing by reporting the incident to the police and offering a description.
