Police in Airdrie are asking for the public's help to locate a missing teenager.
According to a Feb. 20 press release from Airdrie RCMP, 16-year-old Dakota Jacques was last seen at his home on Feb. 19.
"He may be in the Airdrie/Calgary area, or travelling to the Lethbridge area," the release stated.
Jacques is described as Caucasian with a thin build, standing five-feet-four and weighing 60 kilograms. He has short dark brown hair and brown eyes and wears glasses with dark blue trim. Jacques was wearing a yellow or orange hoodie, grey sweat pants, a grey coat and purple Vans shoes. He may have a green backpack and be carrying or riding a scooter.
