The Cochrane and Area Family Resource Network is hosting two virtual prenatal health group events in January.
Parents and soon-to-be parents are invited to join the casual online session to meet with an Alberta Health Services childbirth educator and connect with other parents on the topics of pregnancy, nutrition, labour and birth, breastfeeding, infant sleep and newborn care, among other things.
The first sessions will take place Jan. 13 from 1-2:30 p.m. and Jan. 27 from 9:30-11 a.m.
A Zoom link and password will be provided to those that register for the event at www.cochrane.ca/programguide.
