UPDATE: Leissa Marie Remesoff has been located.
Cochrane RCMP continue to ask for assistance from the public in their search for a 45-year-old missing local woman, Leissa Marie Remesoff, who went missing from her father's home in Cochrane sometime Aug. 20, where she is reported to have been living.
At this point, foul play is not suspected and officers are following some leads, but no sightings of Remesoff have been confirmed.
She departed with no ID, no money, no vehicle and no cell phone and has made no contact with her family since.
She is believed to be wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
