The Tour de Bowness, a three-day long racing event that had racers competing in 144 kilometre road race north of Cochrane, started on August 2.
Beginning and ending at Weedon Hall, the Tour de Bowness has been holding its day one road race north of Cochrane for many years. On Sunday and Monday, cyclists will venture into Calgary for stage two and three of the Tour de Bowness.
