At a special meeting of council on last Friday (Feb. 28) town council appointed Drew Hyndman, General Manager of Development and Community Services, as interim CAO.
“Council felt it was important to draw on the strengths of our existing leadership team to guide the organization through this transition,” said Mayor Jeff Genung.
“Moving forward, council is determining the next steps in permanently filling the CAO role for the town of Cochrane.”
Hyndman joined the town as the Senior Manager of Development Services in 2015.
