Beginning Oct. 1, local organizations are able to apply to the Town of Cochrane to light up the Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge in any colour, or raise a flag at the RancheHouse to commemorate local events, achievements and special occasions in the community.
The Town requires applications to have a community focus and be not-for-profit. Applications must also be received at least three week before the requested date of display.
Examples might include a display of support for a local festival or event that has a positive community impact or a local, national, or international awareness issue like Pride Week.
