Aug. 30, 2024 - The Town of Cochrane has raised an official flag in honour of the Cochrane Lions rodeo for the first time ever.
At 10:00 a.m. this morning, a group of people including Mayor Genung and Cochrane's rodeo queen gathered at The Station to celebrate the first of it's kind flag raising ceremony.
The flag raising ceremony kicks of the 2024 Cochrane Lions Rodeo, which starts today and runs through the weekend until Monday, Sept. 2.
