On Monday (June 15), Morley RCMP attempted to stop a Jeep that was reported to have possible weapons inside.

“We’ve built it to make sure that we’re client-focused, and that we have the ability to have them feel safe, but also not just feel safe, but are safe and protected.”

“The transition years from middle school to high school can be fairly traumatic for many kids. This year we’ve added having a staggered re-entry for the entire system. Moving from the COVID situation where our kids are at home, to returning back to school, there was a lot of learning especially with the new COVID protocols we put in place."

“Even with the additional $60 more million dollars in the pot this year, the bar to get modulars remains very high."

“We’re really excited to have the kids back in the facility, we love summer camps, so we’re really hoping we can do that.”

“It’s definitely been hard. For me, I was focussed semester to semester, and kind of dealing with what I could at the time,” Murphy said. “It’s been ups and downs with online learning, it was a lot of balancing between teachers and ourselves and trying to get through the week to week.”

“It’s about the journey we’ve gone through together and I think my real purpose was to see, we have had uncertainty, we have had a lot of awful moments in the past year but there has been a lot of bright spots over four years,” Isinghood said, “I hope we realize all the challenges have made us the people we are.”

“It’s been really good because of all the support we’ve been getting so that made it a lot better."

“If we can make crave-worthy organic food then we can really help compel more people to make that choice. There is still a misconception that organic means you’re giving up something … I really wanted to contribute something to the organic and natural food space that was delicious.”

“It’s been pretty special to be at Edge. It’s a very tight-knit community where everyone is trying to make everyone better,” Yarmuch said. “Especially through COVID … Edge has really shone through and shown how special it is with everyone that wants to help each other and back one and other.”
