Brett Berndt, Bradley Lizon and Levi Barker scored for the Bow Valley Timberwolves in a 3-3 tie with the Airdrie Lightning in South Central Alberta Hockey League Midget AA play Nov. 25 at Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre. Garrett Iverson made 41 saves in goal for Bow Valley. It was the third game of a three-game weekend for the squad, which went 1-1-1.
On Nov. 24, the ’Wolves downed the Calgary Northstars 3-1, with Mac Niewchas, Brett Wood and Matthew Kaczur scoring in the Bow Valley win. Kurtis Shugg made 25 saves in the Bow Valley goal.
Berndt and Connor Rendell got the Bow Valley goals in their 6-2 loss to the Sylvan Lake Lakers on Nov. 23.
