How obstinate can we be? We won’t let recreational use of the Bearspaw Reservoir for non-motorized watercraft, but no one is cracking down on the residents whose homes back onto the reservoir and put in their motor boats so they can pull skiers behind their boats.
We are punishing the wrong group of users of the reservoir. Our government is pathetic.
