Boil water advisory lifted in Rocky View County.

Water quality has been restored, the boil water order issued April 19, 2024, has been lifted, effective immediately.
Rocky View County approved several land redesignations at its Oct. 13 meeting.

Alberta Health Services (AHS) has confirmed that satisfactory water quality has been restored to the Salt Box Coulee Waterworks System and the Rocky View County water systems which draw water from it.

These water systems include:

Salt Box Coulee Waterworks System - Boil Water Order lifted

Calling Horse Estates Waterworks System System - Boil Water Order lifted

Windmill Water Coop Waterworks System - Boil Water Order lifted

Deer Springs System - Boil Water Advisory lifted

 

As water quality has been restored, the boil water order issued April 19, 2024, has been lifted, effective immediately.

All residents and businesses in these communities can return to normal water consumption practices as boiling is no longer required, provided they flush their plumbing systems prior to initial use.
